Currently holding auditions for a female slave in a new poly home in Newport News, VA. I won't accept just anyone, and there will be a lengthy pre-qualification process.

Candidates will be under 35, beautiful (which is subjective), with no children or obligations outside of our home. She must be sane, and free of drama. Her personal needs should revolve around maintaining her Owner and our home, and her pleasure should be found from these accomplishments.

She may have to financially contribute to the home, but may not be necessary. Individual situations will apply.

Not only will she serve her Owner and His home, she will be required to develop herself personally; diet, exercise, education, and other personal goals. I am a disciplinarian who will hold you accountable, and I will lead by example.

I am firm, fair, strict, and consistent. Your job is simply to comply, and by doing so, you will succeed in all that's required of you. Candidates must play well with others, as i will have others to train and serve. You dont necessarily need to play girl-on-girl, but jealousy and head games are not tolerated. Working together with other submissives is key, as you all share a common goal and can assist each other in ensuring success.

So if you are interested in operating in a micro-managed household, under a strict and compassionate Dominant, you may apply. My profile explains my personality and the type of dynamic and play you should expect. I don't play games, I'm brutally honest.... and i expect the same from you.

Well, at least you have a sense of humor.....

The fact of life is that men outnumber women in WIITWD at least 10:1. The number of women that will accept poly is somewhere around 200:1. There's a lot of competition for that 1 in 200, so the onus is going to be on you to prove that you're something special.....not the other way around. And quite frankly, what you've posted says nothing about what's in it for her.

What else could she ask for?

If her only obligation your home, are you providing health insurance for her?

What happens if it doesn't work out?

What happens when real life happens?

Emotional support, needs met, etc.

There's a lot more to life than just serving.

The competition for her attention is going to be stiff....and chances are some of them are going to be offering something more realistic.

The thing is - there are soooooo many more Doms wanting a poly slave than there are slaves wanting to be part of a multi slave household - so they have LOADS of choice.

As for your list of whats in it for her, well to me thats basically what she will get from any working M/s or D/s relationship.

I guess what I am saying is you need to make yourself stand out, make yourself appeal and stick out from the mob.

What do you offer her that others don't?
What makes you special as opposed to the hundereds of other poly male Doms out there?

If you can make yourself stick out you will have much better chances

Welcome to CM.

So if you find someone who a few months short of 35, what happens after her birthday? At 35 they are sent to the old slaves' home? Hopefully you're setting up a 401K or IRA to care for them when their age causes them to "retire". This position does have a pension plan and health insurance benefits I'm sure.

In addition to what the others said, there is no mention of your existing relationship or desire for poly in your profile essay. I recommend clarifying this ahead of time.

Welcome to the forums, OP.

Since you are holding auditions, I'm wondering just how many beautiful, under thirty-five women who are interested in poly, but have no children or other obligations that you've had propositioning you in the ten months that you've been on CM, and you've met in person, so as to organize some kind of casting call? Have you been so flooded with prior applications for this position in your poly home that you have found a need for a more organized process?
