If you dont have a profile on collarme.com, I'm not sure that you can. You can click the PM button that's on the left side of the screen, below the person's avatar to send a message.

If you're trying to contact someone from the boards, click the little link below their avatar that says "PM" to bring up the email form. Otherwise, there's a large box on every profile with the label "Send a quick note to [user name]" above it. Type your message and click the Send button on the right. Easy peasy.

If you want to contact Support, there's a text link at the bottom of your home screen on the other side.
