Does the word "compromise" mean anything to you guys????

Yeah, it means let the democrats win.

Now why would you say that?  In a true compromise nobody gets everything they want but everybody gets something they want.

Or it means in many instances doing whats partly or even mainly the wrong thing to do. It's like compromising on food vs arsenic, "I just won't eat any unless you compromise and take at least half of the poison out of it".

To a RINO or a democrat it means letting democrats win.

You mean like the corn Wal-Mart has agreed to sell in its stores?

This is about money and power, not compromise, and not about what's right. Even if it kills us, literally.

Because it's good for big business.

You make a good point Mm. I'm not sure if it pertains at all to the OP and it certainly misses the point I was making with my analogy but there is a whole lot more toxic modified/genetically engineered and processed food than just that shit corn they're selling at Wal Mart. I think the subject would make a good thread on it's own though.

Mourdock's absolutely right, it's time for the definition of bipartisan to stop meaning "do it the democrat way". Obama

Hahahaahaha ... name a recent instance of that on any important legislation.
let's keep it reasonable and limit it to the period of time the current congress has been in session.

We'll be waiting for your example(s).

And it's about fucking time too.

Yeah about the amount of time the current congress of wasted republican votes have been in office.

Based on your argument, when the GOP lost the last Presidential election so overwhelmingly, the GOP "should have been more mindful of liberals' and moderates' concerns".

Instead, they decided to block anything and everything proposed by liberals and moderates, as well as expelling the moderates within their own ranks (Snowe, Lugar, etc.).

Wow, talk about "suitable for framing"!

LOL. Reasonable... "How many times have the Democrats forced their will down the throats of the American people, since the American people stripped them of the ability to do so, in the last election."

Dragging an unwilling country into credit default and downgrade, to strong-arm getting their way........

That would describe "authoritarian", pretty well.

Remember O. it's "National Be Kind To The Dellusional" this week... we have to at least nod a lot when they are dulling their points.

It's funny though that they can take something their own guy did and said and find a way to blame Obama for it.

"But we got the country's credit rating down for you"

And Larry Craig hasn't made us all feel just a little more uncomfortable in airport bathrooms.
