VAA, I would seriously suggest a poll of all users with and without problems to find out what the parameters are. Post the poll in multiple areas of the boards so as many as possible see it.
1. What browser are they using?
2. What version is the browser?
3. What time of day are they experiencing the problem?
4. Do they see a message at the bottom of the browser "waiting for scroller.collarchat.com"?
5. What OS do they have?
6. How long do page loads take?
7. Do they wait for the page to load or just give up after a couple seconds?
8. Does hitting the refresh button help at all?
9. ---anything else you can think to add---

Just an FYI, I had a problem back when this thread started (see post #40) it was related to the scroller. It's been just fine for me over the last couple weeks now, except for a few momentary minor hiccups.

Yanno, I wrote a bunch of shit, but fuck it. How is that a snotty response? you know that the proxy doesn't transmogrify your data, how? That was an honest query. Because to me, it points out even more that it is this sites coding, not the opposite.

It was a problem with the hosting site at this moment not our servers. Hopefully it's all better.
