Hello I was wondering what the deal is with the new fat fetish I'm hearing about and if it would be worth it for me to start my own erotic photos/videos website since im a larger girl. I mean I know most people think fat is disgusting but lately ive been seeing these specials on tv about how fat girls are making huge bucks on websites but I honestly don't want to go and degrade myself if this is not true or not many would be interested in it. If anyne has experience with this fetish, good or bad, id love to hear more about. I think if there is a 'fat fetish community' I would be good in it, cause even though im bigger, im very feminine, clean, and pretty , always have my nails and toenails, hair done, makeup, jewelry, nice clothes etc Please no rude or mean comments! Fat is not a new fetish. There have always been people who find it attractive. I can remember back 35 years when I knew a man who only dated overweight women. He did try a thin one for a short while but he just didn't find her sexually appealing. I'm sure you could sell erotic videos and pictures of larger women. They would need to be well done if you expect it to be a money making business. Now you just need to research how to start an online business. You also need to research those porn laws that came into being several years ago. Those laws will require you to keep very good detailed records and you need to plan on keeping them forever.

As both the above posters pointed out...fat isn't new. There have always been bbw, chubby chasers, feeders. How much do you know about the adult entertainment industry? There are a lot of "communitys" that only deal with fat folk. Not all of them are overly feminine, though that does help with many.

First if all, you are cute and sexy at the same time. You should be able to fit into the chubby girl niche quite nicely. Secondly, the chubby chasers have been around long before the word Romanesque was used to describe large sexy women. However, your observation that it is relatively new in the porn industry is correct. The niche market in porn is growing fast. The Score Group is right here in Florida (Miami) and they pay scale ($500+ per session) plus travel & lodging for photo/video shoots. You might want to check with them to see if they are interested. Actually the ladies Rubens painted aren't that much different than the average woman today, their proportions are fine, they carry a bit much weight if you use the media standards of today but they are not quite obese. As long as the proportions work (and with the OP they do judging from her avatar) it's beauty, if the chest, waist and hip ratio doesn't work anymore, that's when somebody looks grossly out of shape, and that can be a skinny person too!

The idea that skinny is sexy is a modern phenomena; not that long ago being skinny meant starving for food, which translated for men into being not prosperous and therefore not good husband material, and for women into being not healthy enough to bear children, so poor wife material. Many years back (over 30) I read a study in which men were presented with various images of women. Almost universally, they found the more Rubenesque female images to be more arousing then their less hefty counterparts. The study concluded with the suggestion that many men were so bought into the new cultural norm that finding larger women sexy and arousing was a deep dark secret. They said they preferred skinny women, but their bodies said otherwise. As far as entering into the porn industry, well that is a totally different topic to me. Some people handle the industry well, that is, with their ego intact, and others don't. You said: "but I honestly don't want to go and degrade myself if this is not true" which leads me to believe you might have some self esteem issues with your size. If you have any at all, I don't think it's a good idea to pursue this option, no matter how much money is involved. If you are quite sure that won't arise as an issue, they by all means go for it. You can always start small (pun intended) and quit if you find it's really NOT your cup of tea. Best, CP
