Status: offline 		Ok, I did a little search and came up with a lot of just discussion topics about it, but I'm looking for something specific.

I'm looking for a consent form/"adoption" papers that can be filled out and signed.

Yes, I know that this isn't legally binding or anything of the sort, but it would help to promote the role play aspect of it. I've searched the web and maybe I'm not putting in the right criteria and not finding it, but I have tried to google search it. But, I thought the people here that have done this might have a place to get one or look for one or whatever. I looked at FetLife and found a lot of groups, but choosing one just to post into might not get me the answer I'm looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

Status: offline 		Steven's suggestion is probably best, or else just make one up and throw some legal sounding language in there.

Even if other people have made such a thing before, it won't suit your exact relationship, so will still need some editing.

Status: offline 		This is just a general consent form for sub/Dom slave/Master. I have seen and read many of those, just not really what this would entail. If I had wanted one of them, I wouldn't be asking about them.

I guess I should have said something like I'm looking for an "adoption" form that is an ageplay consent form...or something of that sort.

Status: offline 		Use a normal consent form. I'm not sure how "real" it will be though since adoption is a long long process and usually given the adoption papers by an attorney or judge. But yeah....use a normal one and fix to your desire. It's not hard.

Status: offline 		Age play comes in two flavors (regressive and sexual) also some people have alters known as "littles".

I've never done what you're looking to do. I've only had one Daddy/Little girl relationship.

The one thing which I did that meant the world to them, was getting them little gifts. With "Love Daddy"
and "My little girl" and etc... on it. You can find these things in Gift shops and other places. If you look
around and pay close attention.

Gifts which are symbolic touchstones with meaning behind it, far more priceless compared to some
legalized paperwork etched out in ink.

Look for Gifts and things one would actually give their own kids. Special Daughter kind of gifts.

But consider this, I know people that have really legalized the authority and caregiver aspects of their relationship by registering Guardianship papers. It is variation of your theme you may want to explore. It has a little more latitude than adoption and may lend itself well to your fantasy contract.
