Earlier this month, Obama’s team launched an aggressive campaign against Romney’s tenure as the head of investment firm Bain Capital, which the GOP contender touts as preparing him to manage the nation’s economy.

In a series of ads, the campaign ripped Romney for shuttering businesses including a steel mill and paper plant, claiming he prioritized maximizing investor profit over protecting jobs, laying off hundreds of people in the process.

Clinton's comments come on the heels of remarks by other Obama surrogates, who have said that the president's team shouldn't focus on Bain. Two weeks ago Newark, N.J., Mayor Cory Booker said the campaign's attacks on Bain were "nauseating." Former Obama auto czar Steve Rattner also recently called the campaign's ads against Bain "unfair." Both Booker and Rattner have since walked back their original statements.

The relationship between Clintons and Obama is interesting to speculate around. At first, I think, giving Hilary Clinton Secretary of State (she is absolutely not qualified for) job was a compromise between Obama and Clintons in exchange for support. Secondly, if Clintons want to get back into White House 2016 they need Obama to loose. It is clear to everybody nobody will support the Democrats after eight Obama years (assuming there still are the elections held 2016).
After Romney the Democrats once again could pose as saviors. Bill Clinton is still very influential behind the scenes figure. He does not represent the Democrats though. He was a corporate/globalist president, the Democrats base traditionally has been workers.

Possibly... part of me still thinks O'Fuckup may announce Hillary will be his new VP running-mate.  Politically, that'd be the SMART thing to do.
