Oh man when we lived out of town the lady down the street got her house raided by the DEA.. I am taking a walk and the gal that thinks of herself as my mother asked if I heard the drug raid. I said no I sure didn't. She was shocked. She said there were flash bang grenades going off with the DEA and the state police storming the place. WOW no I did not hear a thing I told her. I missed quite the show I guess. Oh well I live in town now and the house across the street is a drug hangout. This lady was walking down the street having a very loud fight with herself. Oh life is never dull here.

Dea had flash bangs why would I have to face them. Surrender is when you decide that your only path is to accommodate the bad guys. What they fear most is a lack of fear. They only attack those who can't or won't fight back.

Well I am not telling you anything but

1.  There is alot of gang to gang warfare so it would appear they aren't afaird of who can fight.

2. The Oakland gangs drove the Hells Angels MC out of there, Sunny now lives in Arizona.  And I would not say the HA is a your average Sunday afternoon Tea Social.

Here it is cattle thieves. There are notices up all over around here asking for people to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity especially at night. One local rancher came out and over half his herd was stolen.

So, Obama is for gun ownership and has brought down crime rates as well.

The gun industry has played people like puppets, spreading fear over things that were never on the horizon and never happened, but sold millions to people convinced the fiction was true.

I live it every day out here in the mean streets.  LOLOLOL.

Oh yah, In Minnesota???

mnottertail -> RE: The Wild west in Missouri (6/15/2012 10:43:13 AM)

Ja, we just do that minnesota nice shit for the touristas.

BamaD -> RE: The Wild west in Missouri (6/15/2012 2:18:13 PM)

We have drug dealers and gang banger wanna be's we don't have crips and bloods.
Thus we arenot talking about the same thing.
We have the thugs, and crackheads people who prey on the weak and helpless.
They are afraid of anyone who will fight back. I have sent a number of them packing and they run real fast. If you were right about my situation they would have come for me in force some time ago.

Musicmystery -> RE: The Wild west in Missouri (6/15/2012 3:59:18 PM)

We have coyotes who don't actually do much. We do have rabbits and deer damage a lot of crops.

On the other hand, we had a girl go nuts on bath salts a few days ago. Punched her kid until she was rescued and taken across the street. Punched her dog until it was rescued. Ran around accosting people naked, and when the troopers pepper sprayed her, nothing. They had to taser her; she went into cardiac arrest and died in the hospital.

So, law enforcement here was around to do the job.

BamaD -> RE: The Wild west in Missouri (6/15/2012 4:10:13 PM)

If she had had a knife the kid would be dead.

Have you seen the Clint eastwood move Grand Torino? I just got an image of him standing on his porch with his gun chasing the gang bangers off.

Haven't seen the movie but I have seen the scene.

Good thing out here in the country people don't have knives in their kitchens.

It's an awful thing, Bama. Not the first drug offense either. Or police intervention. The father has had a few run ins too (I don't think for drugs -- domestic disputes); the father was there with his daughter when someone took her to the nearby store (a Kid Safe Zone) for safety. The girl is now with her paternal grandparents; the dog is in the animal shelter.

On the first day I moved from London to my first home here in Bristol, the front page news of the local newspaper was about people playing illegal games of golf on the local common at night.

I've now concluded that I live in the right city and in the right country for me.

Musicmystery -> RE: The Wild west in Missouri (6/16/2012 7:06:40 AM)

I hear ya, Peon. I don't get the drug mania. Dead end pursuit.

PeonForHer -> RE: The Wild west in Missouri (6/16/2012 7:23:55 AM)

To be fair, I think one of those illegal golfers was smoking a pipe. Another shocking case of 'Meerschaum Madness'.
