So,

Being new here, where does a man go to search for a dominatrix woman?

For a real relationship, not for donations.

I seem to attract two types: those who need donations (a lot, too, they do not play for peanuts!), and
those who do not really exist, they are some sort of shill for their website, pretending to be available women.

(Okay, am I sending paranoid? I'm not! I'm not! I'm not! Take that straight-jacket off me, I am not paranoid! Not
Not! No-----!

Truly, silliness over, that is the way it is. And I am so tired of getting yanked, you know?

Any comments will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Dan

Welcome. Have you joined your local kinky community? Many dommes prefer to meet guys at local groups, this is for safety and because most sub guys flake out on actually meeting them in person.

Welcome to CollarMe, Jiman.

Hang in there and you'll do fine. Searching takes time and most of the people who write to you will be...incompatible. Get used to typing "Good luck with your search" and then using the block feature if they are obnoxious. [;)]

Welcome to CollarMe discussion forums, I hope you find what you seek, the advice above about attending a local munch is a great idea but there are genuine people here, it just requires some patience and work. Have a look in the positive experiences forum if you need to recharge your batteries from jaded to positive attitude. I find it gives me a lovely pick up now and again

In addition to what the other posters said, I bet you clean up nicely so do have a friend take a picture of you in a nicer shirt. You can tell them it's for OKCupid :)

Also, unless they are looking for donations, women tend to want to get a sense of you as a person, so do add LOTS of vanilla stuff to your profile.

Welcome!

Hello and welcome. If you have been running into Dommes who "need donations", you should run away, lol. Tributes are one thing but "needed donations" isn't very domly. Good luck to you.

Welcome, Jim! Lots of good stuff in the Ask A Mistress FAQ.

+1 for adding lots of vanilla stuff to your profile. Too kink-centric paints a bulls-eye on your *ss for the uh...'donation dommes'.

Participating in the forums is a great way for us to get to know you and that also will increase your odds for connecting with a partner. At the very least, you'll make some new friends. Best of luck to you!
