Wow.....doesn`t take much......to illustrate Mitt`s lack of spine and intestinal fortitude........

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/17/mitt-romney-immigration_n_1603549.html?utm_hp_ref=politics

"Host Bob Schieffer asked Romney three times whether he would repeal Obama's directive as president.

The first time, Romney ignored the question. The second time, he said it would be a non-issue because he would be able to pass long-term immigration reform through Congress quickly -- something that President George W. Bush was unable to do, in large part because of opposition from his own party.

"Well, it would be overtaken by events if you will, by virtue of my putting in place a long-term solution, with legislation which creates law that relates to these individuals such that they know what their setting is going to be, not just for the term of a president but on a permanent basis," said Romney.

On Schieffer's third try, Romney went only so far as to say he'd consider repealing it. "We'll look at that setting as we reach that, but my anticipation is I'd come into office and say we need to get this done, on a long-term basis, not this kind of stop-gap measure."

Obama's policy change is not an executive order, but rather a memo from the Department of Homeland Security to its agencies. It could be overturned by a future president."

Cmon servant, don't you know conservative presidential nominees are supposed to be stupid, and fall into progressive traps? They just don't understand that smart people fight on the battleground they choose, and not their opponent, or the opponent's dumb flunkies.

Not say`n eh.......

All that fuss about the President and his latest announcement.......

How brave of you guys.......

Is this must be a sign of how sincere cons are........ of how much back bone they have.......

Why oh why can`t Mitt commit?

Seems he doesn`t have a position on Afghanistan or Syria......or an economic plan .......or a clue......

Mitt can run from the argument/issue too.........but I doubt the American people are going to be as forgiving or as willfully ignorant as his supporters.

It's called picking your battles Owner... Something Obama should learn from Mitt... He looked like a total asshole when he exchanged words with the Brit reporter in the Rose Garden.

It must gall you that Mitt is too smart to get caught in a gotcha scenario.

Which is why he shouldn't be elected dogcatcher, as President all scenarios are gotcha scenarios.  You gotta have a sack.

Obama the brave.... lmao

Why the fuck should he take punches when he doesn't have to? Obama's getting beat on due to his bad decisions of late, why the fuck would anyone running against Obama give the reporters a target to draw attention away from the negative publicity?

Job numbers, stagnant economy, amnesty for illegals... Thing's ain't looking so go for the Bamster.

Well, its good that you are lowering expectations for ALL republicans, it is certainly going to be more of the same borrow and spend, and stagnant economy from them.

And none of you guys ever spend a lot of time whining and braying whenever some uppity democrat doesn't answer a leading question from some right leaning cretin immediately.

You mean one who actually holds office, or has the official nomination? Your just pissing and moaning because Romney is smart enough to step back and let Obama take his well deserved lumps... Cry me a river.

Failing to answer a question is not a display of smarts. Quite the opposite most of the time.
It isn't like pisspants could have used that question as a pretext to attack the Kenyan over his poor performance on that issue, if he'd had the wit or the spine to do so, after all.

I'm curious as to how "running away from a fight" suddenly equals "picking your battles". If it was a Democrat doing this rather than pisspants, subrob would be calling them a pussy until he got so excited his head fell off.

Lets see, romney is too smart to step into a reporters loaded question trap. And Obama when he was a senator voted "present" 90% of the time. Not Yes or NO. Just "Present." Took NO position on anything. Like he does now by letting Harry Ried and Nancy Pelosie run the show. Is that the Obama we are comparing romney to?

If the Obama team is smart, they will not make any comparisons about making decisions! His senate record and his Presidential record proves he is an empty suit!

They don't like the truth, or facts... Because the truth doesn't fit into their neat little box.

Remember in loony liberal land all republicans = bad and all democrats = good, they wouldn't know hypocrisy if it pepper sprayed then tasered them.

Remember "it's good for America", now I'm taking my ball and going home!

Yeah, I'm so clueless that you need to follow me from thread to thread, and reply to my every comment... I must have really ruffled your feathers when I called you an anti war whiner.
