You know what, Karmastic? That was my bad, in how I did that. I try to trim quotes to the bone, but there, I should have left in that you were quoting me. Won't happen again.
Run your cursor over the subject words though, and you'll find that I provided what I suggested you Google. Take a few minutes with it, then tell me again that Rodney changed anything.

sure, there is still tons of abuse, can't deny it. it's still my opinion that things are better. dash mounted cams, less abuse in the local jail, etc. sure, fuckers are gonna beat up detainees if they want to. it's just harder, and not as accepted or pervasive. we can disagree on that.
