real. I'm sure we've collectively seen enough of the other kinda thread :)

I see real pics of what appear to be real people, expressing and communicating real needs and desires. They're opening themselves and sharing some of their very personal lives. And I don't mean how much they're into this or that kink, or how they've been in the scene for 20 years and are all that.

There's plenty of real profiles, thousands of them. They're just not the really hot one, or the perfect "One". Or the this or that one.

We all look for things, and sometimes it's right in front of your face. But it doesn't match some ideal we seem to think is a deal breaker.

If I wanted real profiles, I would subscribe to SexSearch.com, where I see another beauty has "requested to meet me, and has sent private pictures". [&o]

I didn't have any experience one way or the other to spur this. I originally just couldn't think of a good joke to parody all the threads complaining about fake profiles.

So instead, this is my tribute to all the people with real profiles out there, with your loveable imperfections, and things that go squick in the night.

Feel free to comment on any of the thoughts I've raised here. Remember, I'm not advocating, or even bitching - it's a tribute to the courageous real people, with real profiles. So don't make me stop the car[sm=car.gif]

So many people who come here want perfect BDSM relationships, and as soon as someone shows the imperfections inherent in being human (I am not talking about deliberate deceptions, actual abuse or unwanted emotional manipulations), the relationship is suddenly in ruins and their time was wasted.

I have said numerous times her: I don't want perfect; I want real with all it's messiness.

My profile before it was hidden, was real.

I am still perfectly imperfect, and very happy with my very real relationship.

My profile sucks right now.  I didn't know where I was in life or where I was going.  Yes, I have to update. 

That part aside, I'm glad you started this thread.  I don't consider Myself a "hot chick".  Those years are kind of over for Me.  I'm just average with just a little twist.  I'm just Me.  Some people find Me attractive and others don't, but honestly, I'm cool either way.  Not so pretty that I think the world owes Me something because I turn so many males heads and not so hideous that I don't at least make a good friend.  As far as I'm concerned, it's the best place to  be.

i'm real, i'm just not really here because i'm over there. but if you try and catch me over there you'll find that i've thrown my image into the next dimention. in that dimention i'm only a fraction of myself, more so because where you are i've been lost for years.
