You always have the option of paying a pro. If that's the route you want, start Googling for pro Dommes in Ireland.

Else, just try to meet people. Change your profile so it's geared toward normal folks. Don't mention your powerful desire to serve and instead discuss your hobbies. Specify just where in Ireland you live. Google to see what groups are in your area (and Fetlife is better to find local groups than collarme is). If you find local play parties, show up, chat, watch others play, and eventually you'll be playing as well.

Step One: imagine being dominated in a way that you've never imagined being dominated before. *That's* when it gets really good - or really terrible, depending on how you're put together. How much surprise can you take? Sorts the men from the boys, you know. ;-)

Oh god yes. The element of surprise is a MUST! That's the most fun of all! I can't just let the man know everything I'm going to do ahead of time.

ETA: Yes, don't settle for online. The only way anything will really happen is with real time. Really.
