I am a married with children explorer. My husband and I explore together and he lets me explore apart from him. I have found that I enjoy being spanked and have my long hair pulled as part of my sexual activity. I started to learn about the lifestyle through chat and group sites on MSN. I took it further and started to play on the phone and then with my husband. This all has expanded our sexual bounderies and our type of play. It has made it so much more fun! If I could only lose weight on it I would be even happier. I want to learn more about the lifestyle and all the reasons behind it. I also have fantasies that I want to try with and/or without my husband as time allows. I am a writer of short stories and poetry. I have also started a book and I am currently in the stages of developing the characters and the dynamics of the storyline. The way I am going with kids family etc it may take ten years to write but I am enjoying the effort and all my sex scenes which may include some lifestyle additions. Who knows, but exploration is learning.

Thank you all for your replies. I am not sure how to do the math for calorie burning but it is a great idea! My husband reads stories and then works in some of what he reads into our play. YUM!
