I went back and combed your first post for irony and still can't find it. Maybe you can explain what was ironic (or funny) about your post? And when you're done that, explain why you felt the need to post comedy in the "Ask a Master" section, since that's not what this section of the site is for.

Nope, slapstick is funny this was just way over our heads...that's what was announced so it must be. Irony to be effective needs a setting, to use it as your first post and assume that people here understand you is funny as well. I haven't been on much recently but when I was here the first time around, I posted enough that people knew I was a smart ass... with this "id", I am not certain I have been as much of a smart ass but I'm working on it.

Nobody said that a dominant male can not have a sense of humor... and I am a smart ass, hell, I've been called an asshole, immature and a helluva lot of other names. All I did was point out that comedy benefits from a proper set up. That if this had been intended as comedy, then it potentially would have worked better once people had "known" you a bit from previous posts. The reaction was justified, go through the threads and see how many first posts (and last posts) by people have been complaints similar to your irony. That by making it a first post and then coming back later to say it was all in fun, it looks like an attempt to save face.

Another hint would to have originally posted it where it will probably get moved to... Polls and other Random Snippets (I miss the original title still.).

So, no more attempts at positive criticism, or any other comments...
