Status: offline 		Whenready: I've heard of a similar experience. He was playing with his toddler (doing the little throws in the air while on his back). Ruptured scrotum when she accidently landed on him. He was lucky enough to keep his testicles, but not without very painful surgery and recovery time.

I also have nursed younger men with accidental testicular torsion. Having a gangrenous testicle removed is usually a humbling experience.

I can't talk you through it because....well....I don't actually like having my balls destroyed.

In answer to your second question....depending on the frequency and impact....I'd say the possibilities are quite endless.

(I would recommend however, taking Tuesday off).
