I'm an Aries, and I'm more conditionally submissive than naturally submissive.
The Chinese calendar says I'm a snake, so here's a slither slither hiss hiss for good measure.
I don't know where the moon was when I was born, but I can tell you without a doubt where the sun is right now.

If the site gave Aries and Taurus as possibilities
the moon must have changed signs.
If you can narrow it down to whether
you might have been born in the early
morning hours or at night that might help.

It's Aries if you were born early in the
day, Taurus if you were born at night.

I dont have a long string of exes, and I didnt learn the birthdays of everyone I was interested in... but so far there's no correlation.

My closest friends are Leos. Mom's bestie is a Leo. Is there some cardinal fire/mutable fire bond?

I dunno. I kinda do some correlations. Looking at all the posts, there seems to be an awful lot of submissive virgos and dominant scorpios. While I don't believe in astrology, it is kinda interesting in that respect.

Being the same element is considered
favorable for getting along but other aspects

Thanks Winterapple, I thought I might have that wrong! I only have one male friend, my Leos are all women! (And when I say 'friend' I mean friend, not acquaintance or whatever. English needs better verbiage for that)

One of my clients is an astrologer, I am going to have her do a chart for me once I find my actual time of birth. 'Around 730pm' is all I know for sure. I love that stuff, though I don't set any stock in it as a life guide. Another astrologer I know actually casts the I Ching before leaving the house. A freakin ORACLE!

I just make sure I have my keys...

I remember when I lived in Virginia we knew this woman who would smudge her entire house before she left, each and every time. I can only guess that she apparently was never running late for anything, otherwise, how do you find the time all the time??

Interesting, I wonder if this  strong personality curves toward submission most times for release. " like an inner voice"  Since we can be quite full of ourselves, it feels good to change it up and serve another. Just one of those hmmmmmmm thoughts.
