I'm completely new to the whole BDSM lifestyle. I'm not into the whole master/slave thing though, mainly just the bondage part. I'm basically looking for a regular relationship with a woman that likes to be tied up (either for sex or just for fun). It seems that most of the people on this site are into much more than just that, so I guess my question would be am I in the right place to find what I'm looking for? If not, if anybody could offer any suggestions they would be appreciated.

Hi, dude!

BurntKitty is a regular here that knows the site bondage.com pretty well - she could tell you if that might meet your needs.

I'd recommend you look for some bondage training, online or not, so you don't accidentally constrict circulation.

Bcom has a number of folks who enjoy the bondage aspect, as well as m/s, d/s or just tops/bottoms. I concur with DS about training.

DomCon is in Georgia and the first week in August is FetishCon in Tampa. Getting out to bigger events can be educational. I didn't know how much I'd enjoy rope until then. (Hogties vs frogties, Shibari, etc.)
