You're correct that they "aren't supposed to look like that", but in my experience, most do look like that. It's the uncut ones that are the anomaly.

In America most do look like that. If you step outside, it's a different story. I believe 85% of the world is uncircumcised. I've heard other sources say 4/5, but that's pretty close to 85%.
