ORIGINAL: MasterStoney442 Now for this . I have collared my slave . She (my slave ) and I her Master sat down and agreed up on a contract that we both singed. That is binding . No not in ANY court So do not go there . My slave knew when she became my slave that She is stuck with me till I die or I her Master releases her . If it comes to the point that I her Master would release her she my slave would leave with nothing . I mean NOTHING . Remember I did say THIS IS NOT A GAME . While I appreciate that this is the way thigns are structured in your dynamic, for the purposes of the OP's question, I have to disagree. There is -always- the option to leave, and that option doesn't come with forfit of property. (In my book, that's what seperates consensual slavery from enforced slavery) If one chooses to leave one's Owner, even if one has signed a contract, or has agree that if one leave's the Owner one will loose all one's posessions, in the US, this simply isn't the case. One may have to go to some work to get one's money/things/etc back, but especially if the couple has been together long enough to have a common law marriage, property belongs to both parties. I hear what you're saying--that the decision to leave one's Owner shouldn't be made lightly--and I agree. However, in the US, one can -always- leave one's parnter, and one is protected (by law, I think, but don't quote me) if one wants one's property back. People leave their Owners for reasons other than "game playing" and I think it's important to keep in perspective he fact that this slavery is aggreed upon rather than inforced. Well said. And I also believe that if that Master has broken his side of the contract...then the contract is null and void. If a relationship is unhealthy mentally or physically, and you've put the work into it, then it's time to get out. You are not stuck until someone dies. Everyone, whether they be Dom, sub, Master, slave, bottom, top, a one legged nun with a pet goat...deserves to be happy with their life. You ALWAYS have the option to leave.
