According to a recent MSN report, the effort has begun to right the Costa Concordia so it can be towed away. The report stated that the ship will probably be scrapped, which isn't surprising in view of how badly damaged both the ship and its reputation are.

Welleven if they did get it floating again and fix the big hole. Would anyone actually sail on it ??????

Easier to dismantle and part out in place than get floating and repair. <sigh>
