We've all seen the commercials: "If you've taken (thus and such drug) and you've lost your hair/can't see anymore/breath badly/shit your pants....(etc.)....call 1-800 I Need a Lawyer...you could have a claim against (some pharma company)" I just watched one only seconds ago that said (I shit you not): "If you've been prescribed (whatever the hell it was) and you've lost vision, or died, please call...." That was a real commercial.
