Ok the only reason I tolerate sports, especially baseball, is because Master is a hugehuge fan and even I found the guy saving Jeter and letting DeCaprio drown was funny. lol

ETA: oh and there's just something so unpatriotic and unAmerican about a British woman advertising hotdogs and baseball lol.

Yes, I am a masochist. I love my Mets & Jets. I wrote my HS term paper on the 1969 Mets.

I looove sports. I keep ESPN most of the day, and am involved in various sport fantasy leagues. I've always been a jock, and just love it. My guy happens to be a big fan of Da Bears and ChiTown teams.

That was a cool vid, although the tooth tattoo was a bit much.

I know that you aren't making fun, but having fun. Thanks for the entertaining, not to mention enlightening video.

The knock against NASCAR is that "it's all just left turns." But in baseball it's all just left turns, except they have to stop at first base the majority of the time. More drama. Except that in NASCAR they stop when one car slams into another. Less subtle in drama, though still effective and more impactful for that purpose. Unless we are talking about Pete Rose, who slammed into catchers at home plate as if he were a NASCAR car.

People going to the stadium or arena to see guys kick a ball, hit a ball, throw a ball, and slam into each other in the process has been around for about 10,000 years or so.
