I'd get rid of her, and tell the master.
If I'm sleeping with someone, I'd want to know if they cheat and lie if only for my own health and safety.
When we were poly, two of our partners hooked up (with each other) without our permission. Our friends told us without any hesitation, and each of them were kicked to the curb and informed of standing relationship agreements.
Not to scare you, but make sure you get a good STD screen.
Sex addicts change when they are ready to, often that means bottoming out. This was a short relationship, I agree there is not even enough of an investment to work it out. Even if you both had feelings, there needs to be a real foundation to work from when trust is shattered like this.
