From the moment Master placed the collar around my neck, locked it in place, i *knew* beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was there to stay. Yes, 24/7. Yes, even to work. Yes, even in the shower. Yes, even in the sun. ( drags out the sunscreen ) The collar i wear is a Turian style Gorean collar. Most of you would probably recognize this type of collar from the company, Eternity Collars. ( Even though, Master didn't purchase the collar from there, because they are incredibly overpriced and you can find the same collar a lot less expensive on other sites on the web. ) People have been known to ask questions, and i am not one to hide the dynamic of our relationship. Never have, Never will. This is who i am, this is what makes me who i am, therefore, i find no reason in hiding it. Most of my family ( with the exception of my grandmother ) have been enlightened on how i have chosen to live my life and have been accepting of the fact. It just has never come up in conversation with my grandmother, and doubtful it ever will. Yes, a collar is a mere symbol of the commitment that has been made, and a true collar comes from within. With that being said, who is the symbol for?? Well, it's obvious to me, much like a wedding band, it's for others to *know* that you are unavailable, that you are already "owned" or taken. It's an easy concept for me, i guess.
