Although I'd heard the name before, my first real exposure to Henry Rollins was at a spoken word performance I attended for free for working a voter registration drive in 2008.

I see he's doing a Capitalism tour this year.

Hank is awesomeness!! I do not care that he is older so am I! HE IS MY ONLY FANTASY!! (well, the only impractical one... )

LadyConstanze -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 1:28:29 PM)

He never struck me as a guy who's all that interested in women, I had a few interviews with him years ago and we talked socially about sports and work outs, I swear he must be the only guy apart from a doctor who touched my legs and bum in a completely nonsexual way. We talked about different sports and it was really odd to be grabbed, touched in such a clinical way and him going on that this and that muscle and the development and the way they feel are typical for martial arts.

I don't know if he mellowed out a bit now, but he used to hit the guy 6 times a week, no matter where on the planet he was.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 1:30:35 PM)

He's slowed down a teeny bit... but not much, no. He likes women, actually. He likes men, too. He's a likable guy. And now that he doesn't do the drugs and binge drinking he has to fill his time somehow, right?

He's always been straight X and considers his daily pot of coffee a "vice"...

Not saying he's not likeable, but he's a bit strange and just didn't seem to be interested in "carnal" things, I mean in a gym full of hard bodies not even looking out of the corner of your eyes is a bit strange. Serious brain on him but just a bit too intense

Well, ladies, I'd agree, except I'd put long hair and bitten fingernails before smoking:

from a British website, 'Females First':
The biggest physical turnoffs about men:

#1) Beards: [:'(] 38% of women said this was the biggest turnoff

#2) Bad Breath: [X(] 27%

#3) Excessive Piercings: [:@] 16%

#4) Tattoos: 13%

#5) Smoking: 11%

Tattoos were the biggest turn-offs about women

My biggest turn offs:

1. severe obesity
2. Bad breath
3. Excessive body hair- I prefer clean shaven or waxed chest and genitals... absolutely no back hair... blech!
4. Small cocks
5. Crusty/uncared for feet... *cracked heels on feet. ugh! yuk*

JanahX -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 1:51:04 PM)

1. DINGLEBERRIES - NO DINGLEBERRIES ALLOWED!!
2. Rotten Teeth - dragon breath
3. men with burt reynolds type mustaches
4. too much blubber
5. men that look physically weaker than me/ smaller than me / cannot lift me.

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 2:09:50 PM)

I am okay with that last one...being picked up freaks me out, my brain reads it as aggression.

Feet and hands, I am way picky about too...

Tantriqu -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 2:13:29 PM)

I'm sure Hank just hasn't met the right Domme ;-) , i.e., moi, and his libido will be just fine.

As for the dos equis guy, you just know it was rich white old mad admen who cast Jackie Goldsmith as human catnip [:'(] instead of a young Clint Walker type:
http://blogs.commercialappeal.com/the_bloodshot_eye/2010/06/cheyenne-speaks-a-talk-with-clint-walker.html

Edited to add 'old' to saggy old white guys and Clint's measurements: 6'6", 54" chest, 34" waist: meeyow!
And the line to top Hank forms behind me, ladies!

That is half of my fantasy kidnappers - Ray Liotta from "Something Wild." The other half is Jake Plissken.

You mean Snake plissken? Now thats a cool name.

kalikshama -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 3:25:07 PM)

hahaha, I misspelled my fantasy kidnapper's name!

TNDommeK -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 3:26:15 PM)

I would say:

bad teeth/breath
nasty hair (I guess this would be hygiene)
dirty fingernails *shudders*
acne (can't do it, hard limit, vomit.....[:'(])
Body odor

xLaChienne -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 3:38:43 PM)

I wonder if polled Americans would have different answers.

I'm not a fan of facial hair but it wouldn't be a deal breaker. Mostly men who have facial hair are either trying to hide a weak chin or a double chin. Scruffy, haven't shaved in a couple days doesn't count as a beard.

Piercings and tattoos aren't really a turn off unless it prohibits them from going to social functions with Me. If it can be covered in a suit then it's all good.

I agree with bad breath.

Smoking is meh either way. Not in My house or car or before his mouth comes near Me.

I would say My five are:

Obesity
Short
Bad hygiene (which includes breath, teeth, feet, hands, and smell)
Excessive body hair
Hulking, bulking muscles (I like lean men)

LadyHibiscus -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 3:44:12 PM)

I am sad for short guys, so much hating.

PeonForHer -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 3:53:01 PM)

With women, the prime physical things that turn me off about them . . .

. . . I've never mentioned, and probably never will mention.

Please do carry on, ladies. :-)

xLaChienne -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 3:58:45 PM)

It's not like I point and giggle.

I have dated one man shorter than Me. His personality made him 8 feet tall in My eyes. That is extremely rare, though.

Tantriqu -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 4:52:32 PM)

Fascinating that the top/bottom five and my personal turn-offs are choices, not DNA.
At 5'6, I'm above average height for a woman, and I've dated plenty of guys who are shorter than average; Hank, for example is bang-on [hah!] average at 5'9 although he looks shorter.
I also prefer short-average cock length; they tend to try harder to please and don't depend on a genetic accident to do the pleasing for them.
Heavy drinking/any street drugs are also hard limits, but I guess wouldn't be as easily detected in a quick physical once-over so didn't make the list.

Tantriqu -> RE: Top 5 Physical Turn-Offs: what do you think, ladies? (7/28/2012 5:09:52 PM)

Same poll, turnoffs for men: also choices:
#1) Tattoos: 37% of men said this was the biggest turnoff, and 78% had it in their top five

#2) Bad Breath: 28%

#3) Smoking: 17%

#4) Excessive Piercings: 10%

#5) Biting Fingernails: 8%
