I'm very new to the site, just finished my profile. You can tell how new I am, I don't even have cool quotes or anything.

After I finished going through the crap ton of messages I got two seconds after I made the profile, I thought I should come over here and say hi.

So, hi. You guys seem nice.

I'm not 100% new to everything, I've experimented a little. I'm really just trying to have a little fun with like minded people, but aren't we all.

Welcome to the forum side of CM and have fun.Don't worry too much about the flood of messages on the other side of cm,that's just their way of saying hello.The amount of messages should slow down after a week or two...maybe.

Hi there!

I read your profile. You're choosing to go with online only right now. If that's because your schedule won't permit any real relationships now, fine. But when you do have time, I'd suggest going to local events and meeting people. Don't end up with a vanilla boyfriend and an online Dom - it's too hard to make those situations work.

Welcome to the discussion side of CM, Shrikling.

The messages will slow down eventually, once you are no longer considered new to your area by the site. I think it takes 4-6 weeks.

Lots of great info here and great forum members to set you straight where you need it.

The p.m. you'll get on the other side are from people that most likely don't even read the boards over here. If you get a message form someone here it will likely be from someone who is responding directly to something you've posted on the boards thats "gotten to know your style" a little bit first.
This side is for decent conversations and making fun of the idiots looking for wank fodder ;)
