I don't refer to it as "kink".... I don't even think of it as a "lifestyle", honestly. To Me, its just life. T.R.

We could argue terminology until we're purple in the face (and frequently do). But we have to have some terms to use or we'd all sit around in a verbal fog. Personally, I like the term kink. Yes, it's normal for me, but everyone has some definition of 'normal', and most of them differ a great deal. I love to feel that I'm kinky, that I'm different from the vanillas around me (although I wonder if anyone is really vanilla, considering all that I'm hiding, I wonder what's going on behind other closed doors). What's wrong with seeing 'kinky' as normal? After all, some people have straight hair, some have really curly, and some have just a bit of a kink in it. Oh, we are talking about hair, aren't we?

I agree completely, and find it silly to sit around arguing about what words really mean and when and how they should or should not be used. Why do we call it "fetish" wear?
