So, the wealthiest of americans are going to have to shell out another $4.60 a $100 on the money they can't get into the offshore accounts fast enough to make the april 15th deadline? Shouldn't they just be shot for being to fuckin stupid or what? Wouldnt that solve the problem for everybody equitably?
