I remember reading a post on a Labrador newsgroup about a guy who wanted to teach his lab how to fetch items from the refrigerator. Someone else joked that you couldn't trust a lab to do that because they would end up emptying the entire refrigerator! :D From what I've observed of labs, they are bottomless pits, to be sure. ;)
