It wouldn't have mattered who the GOP picked, SNL is in the dem's pocket. Besides, I don't exactly go to SNL for my political opinions. Never had.

Romney ran for potus on the platform that his business acumen would translate to running the country. But now he demands that no one investigate or examine how he ran the business he is basing those claims on. He's also repudiated the only major accomplishment of his time as Governor. So on what basis is he supposed to be qualified to be POTUS? He's rich and he knows other rich white guys?

One doesnt watch SNL for the political opinions. They watch it for the laughs and jokes. I think your various and sundry assaults on good taste, including the above foray into birtherism, leave little doubt on your beliefs on the matter and contributes another data point to what kind of people oppose the President in the irrational manner so frequently seen here.

I was referring to the fact that he wasn't up to the job; that he was out of his element; that he's been "playing at" or "pretending" to be a leader. There was a ban on federal funding of EMBRYONIC stem cell research, which is a GOOD thing because the only thing that comes out of it is death and tumors (besides it being morally repugnant to many Americans). If there was money to be made in cures/treatments from embryonic stem cell research, they wouldn't need government money because the private sector would be funding it (as is often the case with adult stem cell research). He also invested MILLIONS in "green energy" and most of those companies went bankrupt.
