On an unrelated note I just remembered a thought I was having last night as I was pondering the whole tag thing. Too bad because I know TOS are serious documents but man... rather than a tag wouldn't I just love to see something like...

section 47.3.1 Any user selecting the name JeffBC may not refer to himself as vanilla on the discussion boards.
