Let's get back to your Reagan reference, though.  Not even The Onion went into that comparison.  I don't think Ryan has quite the natural gift for communication that Reagan carried, but he's much better at math, and more importantly, talking math to the non-mathematically inclined.

Have you viewed the video of him calling the President out on the double-counting, during the Obamacare "debate?"

If you were a senior, relying on Medicare for your health needs, you would not see a change. It's the people 55 or younger that will not have the same Medicare as those 55+ and/or current Medicare patients.

I'm sure that all the US's seniors will sleep easier now that they have the ironclad security of a promise by a politician seeking election protecting their Medicare entitlements ........
