1. Bring up the profile by username.
2. Click on Return to List.
3. Click on Report User.

I think Report User is automated and not reviewed, and a certain number of reports have to happen before the automated system kicks in.

OP - try writing to VideoAdminTheta directly and asking her to take a look at the profile.

Rather than YOU doing it, have the person who was actually named contact Theta or Alpha.

When I've reported a profile for blacklisting they've usually taken care of it. They don't tell me they've taken care of it but when I go back later it's gone.

As far as I can tell this is the case. You need to have a certain "critical mass" report someone before the profile goes poof. Which works fine for the generic spammer accounts and people who are real bastards to a lot of people... but not so much if someone is only being a douche to 1-2 users.

Unless they create multiple accounts just to report them, but then they risk the chance of possibly being banned themselves for shady activity if they get reported.
