My suggestion is for you to get out there and meet people, especially at TNG (age 20-35) get-togethers. You say you're from Maryland - I assume Baltimore? There seem to be a lot of collarme kinksters in Baltimore, so I'd expect an active kink scene with clubs, munches, etc.
