PA has 20 electoral votes. Yesterday a judge upheld the draconian voter ID law. Over 700,000 registered voters in PA do not have the necessary ID. The ACLU is appealing but the case probably won't be heard until mid-September. PA could very go red simply because of voter suppression due to this law. Obama won PA by just over 600,000 in '08.

The election is on November 6th. Why don't those without a proper ID just go and get one ? I'm sure that the union minivans will pick them up to get this done in time for the election.

Fast forward four years and many of them are worse off now if anything. It will be interesting to see if the machine can rally again and put Mr. "Yes, We Can't" back in the WH for another term.

I'm asking eirie a question. If 700,000 people do not have an ID in Pennsylvania, why not just go and get one ? Don't they know where to go ? Are they all homeless ? Are they all that dumb ? Just asking

Unemployment. Involved in more "wars" then under Bush. Economy is almost stand-still. Country is more racially divided. Corruption (I speak of Obama's choices; not him).
