RochSub brought up something yesterday that I found interesting.

He said that he had hidden his profile on the other side because he was being solicited by Fin Dommes.

Now before I go any further: I believe that there are Financial Dommes and women that have discovered that some submissive men will give them money and gifts. I do not intend this to be a FinDomme bashing thread.

I was surprised by Roch's statement because I would have thought that the male sub pool so far outnumbered the dominant female pool that they would have their hands full. Part of that view is because even though I'm a sub, I have guys that have offered to make my car payment, buy me shoes, etc. I have one local guy who has told me repeatedly that he'd love to come do the renovation work on my house while Master fucks me.

So, guys, would you mind telling us your stories?

I think there is a huge difference between offering and following through, the thing that would happen would be some guy would have your info and you possibly would get a pair of $10 plastic shoes from ROSS or one of the cheapo shoes special reduction from the LA fashion district (and not the designer part)

I am interested in that, too. When I was a pro dominant, I NEVER solicited anyone directly, I didn't have to! The idea of spamming profiles is just lunacy to me.

I can't say that I know what goes on the minds of (some) financial Dommes. But I got another unsolicited message from a financial Domme just this morning.

When I first received the message, I thought she was just a regular lifestyle Domme. But then when I read her profile, it said "I offer financial domination only!"

BTW, for what it's worth, I think that over half of the financial Dommes who write to me are fake. There's a disproportionate number of them who just happen to be between 18-21 years old. I'm not saying that 18-21 year old women can't be financial Dommes. But I do get a little suspicious of profiles of financial Dommes in that age group.

I apologize in advance to all of you legitimate financial dommes who happen to be in that age group. But the fakes and scammers are giving young financial Dommes a bad reputation.

The profile is eloquent, the picture alluring, the first message response here is excited, and the ymail address has the same user name.

The reply there has all the linguistic sophistication of one of those Nigerian bank scams. Everything is about how much she wants to dom you, right away. Please, go to this site, and buy this embossed leather harness marking you as mine.

And the stuff cost three hundred dollars, and is to be paid to Western Union, and they need delivery information.

This is not a 19 year old girl, this is a forty year old guy.

When I had a profile and was still single, I would have findommes who would send me emails even though my profile states I'm straight. I would sometimes email them back asking why they would email a straight girl looking for a dom. Their response was usually that all slaves are slaves to everyone and that all dom/mes should be given tribute to show how worthy they are to even get any attention whatsoever. So then I would tell them I never emailed them looking for attention. Then I would just get a nasty email back saying something like "you're worthless. Now crawl over here between my legs". I assume they are just all males pretending to be findommes lol.

I have never had any problems and have been mostly lucky in my experiences. It startles me how much male-attention women get, and how little female attention men get.

Woody Allen's latest film, To Rome with Love, features a man who suddenly gets famous for no reason. He is thereafter constantly mobbed for attention. Must say that if I had to pick between no attention and unwanted attention, I'd pick former.
