Hello, I am new to collarme, but not new to BDSM. I was talking online with a slave who has a Master in another state, he said his Master has kept him in chasity and he has not cum for over a year. My question is how healthy is this? isnt the chance of prostate cancer at a higher risk? Thanks for your input.

I don't think there is anyone on this forum that can offer you a definitive yes or no, although judging by the amount of discussion on this topic in google search, many seem to agree with your opinion. Perhaps this would be a benficial topic on your next doctors visit?
