As Masters, if you were involved with a couple...would you demand (wish for) a sub (male in this discussion) to call you "Master"? What else would you demand (wish for)?

The submissive ones, the dominant has to have both involved and so making the male of the couple bi. The couple has the wife a slave and the male a cuckold, just cleaning her up afterward. The couple are just after being taught in a non sexual way and learning the ropes. It just depends on what the couple decides on their involvement of the life and how they want to go from there.

Depends on the dynamic. Some subs say it as a term for one person, others as a term for their own positions. If my relative position is in line with what they use the term to denote, then I would obviously prefer for them to apply it. Generally speaking, if the sub is supposed to treat any dom a certain way (or, in the Gorean case, treat any uncollared person a certain way), it would be nice to be included. If that's not how they do it, then there's no exclusion involved and nothing to care about. It's not a magic word. You know this already, so what did I just step in? IWYW, — Aswad.

There was a period of maybe 3 months or so when Carol and I were new to this that I had her calling me "master". It was useful to insert that word into our lexicons and even more importantly, to get the underlying concept into our world views. Once it became just a word to use I removed the command. Now she calls me "master" when that's the appropriate word to use and otherwise "bunny". For me personally, I like it that when she uses the word it has actual meaning behind it (by that I mean she had a variety of words to choose from and she chose that particular one on purpose to convey a specific meaning).

Good point. That said, in the specific context of playing with a couple, which I take to mean a couple I don't have an ongoing 24/7 dynamic with, extensively reshaping their perceptions would be a bit out of my way, so to speak. IWYW, — Aswad.

Quick question to the OP - What significance does the "Couple" have here? (I mean if you're asking about the use of honorifics in a poly relationship you could have kept your vow and asked this question in the Poly section ;-) To the actual question... Fuck no. But then being addressed as "Master" leaves me cold.
