ORIGINAL: MySweetSubmssive This thread is just to blow off steam on something that I became aware of a few minutes ago. I have a fairly nice profile. It's long, but it's luxurious, something that I've put a lot of time into, and am justly pleased with. I'm seduced by words and think I do the same with my narrative. The latest message in my mailbox was from a submissive who let me know that someone else has taken my text and inserted it wholesale into her own profile. Now, I suppose it's *coughing* flattering that someone would like my profile so much that she would want it for herself, but I'm head-twisting angry that she stole it and passed it off as her own. Frankly, I'd love to shout her handle from the rooftops, as mudslinging as that is, but there's really no way to prove that I wrote the text first. Thanks for reading. GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! I've had this happen to me as well, and it was a complete copy and paste job. I reported it to CM, and they wrote back telling me that they would look into the matter. Shortly thereafter, the problem was resolved. Though CM never sent me an explanation of how they arrived at their decision, I must assume that they are able to determine the date of profile essay postings. How else would they have known who copied who in my case?
