Sounds to me that he is trying to objectify you and your reactions - and humilitate you a bit. And it isn't working, since you are here asking about it. Perhaps you should ask the dom in question what his objective was.

Loving manner or not... it would not do a thing to turn me on. What would be turning me on his his touching me, bringing me pleasure, because he likes it and knows I like it.
