Under extreme stress and under conditions like
starvation/ malnutrition a female can miss
or skip periods. It's common for eating
disorder sufferers to have irregular cycles.
But that comes from a pattern of stress
and starvation nothing like what happens
in a rape. There's no internal defense
granted by nature to females to prevent
a unwanted pregnancy brought on by
a trauma.
I had actually never heard this, not even
as a urban myth. The intellectual dishonesty
some people are capable of is breathtaking.
The depth of some peoples stupidity is
jaw dropping. People wondered how
someone as stupid as Palin came to high
office and came so close to the presidency.
Well, here's a new specimen in all his
cave dwelling glory. He's not being laughed
out of the race. I'm afraid it may be
quite the opposite. I think there's a
very good chance that he will win the
election.
Not so much because the majority of
people who are going to vote for him
believe this rape nonsense but because
they don't care and aren't bothered by it.
