Oh lordy - yes, I remember that case. A warning against bad buttock implants. Well, to improve the shape of one's buttocks - indeed, to reach the sublime perfection of buttock beauty as represented by my own exquisite derriere: you have first to remember that the buttock muscles are the biggest and most powerful of all muscles in most human bodies. Most exercises, though, aren't designed to strengthen them. A lot of gyms, so I've found, don't have the equipment to shape them up properly. Fortunately, most people have the required equipment at home, in the shape of an armchair or (preferably, because it's heavier) a sofa. Lie on your stomach and insert your toes under the sofa. Put your arms behind your head. Raise your back, slowly, to its highest point, counting eight seconds to reach the top. Hold for one second. Count eight seconds to lower to the floor again. That's it. Do it once every day. Be aware that you might, at first, not be able to raise your body off the ground at all. That doesn't matter; putting all your lower back and bum muscle strength into it is what counts. Likewise, multiple repetitions don't matter; full strength does. And FFS, if you are female, forget 'suddenly having an arse that looks like Arnie's'. This won't happen. As a female you just don't have the right basic bodily ingredients for that to happen.
