In regards to anal. Assuming you're healthy and all that jazz, there really shouldn't be too much training needed. Have a good shower/shave, get relaxed, give yourself lots of time. Get into a good submissive headspace. Maybe have a drink or do whatever you like to do to relax, if you want to. Lots and lots of lube (no heated or cooled or scented or fancy stuff, just good lube). Finger first, take lots of time. Then go slowly and have him fuck you, shallow and slow for quite a while. Don't try and go "porno speed" on the first time. No weird in and out stuff either. After, jump in the shower, wash up with antibacterial soap, and you're good. Or, just do it right in the shower! Do your own research, your mileage will vary, and so forth.
One thing that helps my girl is I've told her "you don't have to enjoy it, but you do have to LIKE it." By that I meant that if it doesn't feel good, that's okay. But I DO expect her to enjoy the idea of being used and fucked anywhere and in any way that I want. We get off more on the power exchange aspect of it than anything else.
A rule I have is that she lets me know if her tummy isn't feeling good, or something. But otherwise, it's fair game.

Kegels (pelvic floor exercises, are we call them in the UK) are not that great for pelvic health. I'm linking you to this article, and I know it's long, but honestly, it works wonders:

Basically, your pelvic floor has to be flexible, and while kegels make it strong, they also make it rigid. Squatting, and adjusting your posture give it both strength and flexibility. As a lady of a certain age who's given birth a couple of times, I highly recommend it. Plus, it makes your orgasms stronger, and it makes your partner's eyes pop out of his head. Oh god, when I heard about that over on Fetl.... deep cringing. My tolerance for cold is SO gone... but even nonfrozen coconut oil gets good reviews. Messy, but good.

Wonder of wonders, there is a solution for this problem.

It's called a nail clipper, and some may have heard of it already. For the truly advanced masters of the opposable thumb, nail files can be applied to give a smooth finish. Don't use Gorilla glue. It foams too much and leaks.

During sex, start with lots more lube than you need and much smaller toys than you want and work your way in both directions. Start with water based lubes, it a more pleasant clean up. From doggy style, have the bottom push back onto the toy, rather than have the top press it in. You might feel like you need to pee. Badly. That's normal. You probably won't wet the bed. Probably.

I find that if my partner enters me and just holds on for a minute until my anus gets used to have some thing there it's all good from there.
