Welcome to the both of you. You will find lots of what you're looking for (advice, input, ideas) right here on the forum.
Read some of the many threads in Ask A Master and Ask A Submissive. If you find something you'd like to discuss
further, or have a specific question about something you haven't seen posted, feel free to start a thread about it.
Lots of more advice and ideas can be found in many of the books listed here. Best of luck, and most of all, have fun!

Hi there and welcome!

Fellow Pennsylvanians..yay! (well.. I used to be one)

If you're interested in getting involved in your local BDSM community.. I had a lot of luck with that on Fetlife.

Why don't you tell us a little about you guys?

What are you interested in learning about? What do you guys do for fun? Music? Do you enjoy snark? (We have loads of that here)

Jump right in, and enjoy your stay.

Allie

We're actually semi new to PA.. Moved here 2 years ago from Mississippi.. Got tired of the hurricanes like Isaac hitting there right now..

We've been married 5 yrs.. have 2 young children.. We don't find a lot of time for fun, but we try to get out and explore our surroundings as much as possible.. Neither of us had spent much if any time in the North before moving up here, so there is a lot to see and do.. As far as music, I'm into Rock a LOT, she's into it a little bit, and she also likes hip hop, pop, etc.. Haven't heard the term snark before coming here, so not sure about that.. lol

Snark as opposed to Snark.

Hey lovebirds ..Welcome to the site!

JnSnPA -> RE: New couple in PA (8/30/2012 6:20:28 PM)

Well where should i start. I (samantha) am from Ocean Springs, MS and lived there most of my life up until 2010 when i moved with my family to PA. I am a typical southern girl with southern manners. I was raised in a traditional southern household where you didnt spare the rod and spoil the child and had a mother who reminded me of scarlett ohara. I met my husband in 2005 on my 18th birthday. My mother introduced us and the rest is history. My husband was born in Cape Canaveral FL and moved around alot. He has lived in a lot of interesting places. His mother was from georgia so he was raised in a southern household as well. I had read a book series from Red Phoenix and that is what initially introduced me to the concept of BDSM and at first it kind of startled me but once i thought about it, my upbringing is not so much different from a D/s relationship. I was raised to believe that a woman must submit to the man of the household and make sure he is taken care of in everyway without any questions. I have a lot of sub tendencies but i just in the last couple of weeks started to connect them. I will appreciate any and all advice/constructive criticism yall can lay on me because i am really new to this. Nice to meet all of Yall!!
