Status: offline 		I was playing with a sub recently who told me that nipple clamps were a hard limit for her. So I attached them to her pigtails. We both had some fun regarding a "hard limit" that I passed.

Anyone else like "breaking" hard limits like that, just for fun?

I used to have a hard limit with canes, but one friend of mine used them to keep my knees from collapsing by attaching them to either side of my legs with some velcro straps.

Mr does shit like that to me in public ALL the time.
Most of the time it's fun and I can laugh with Him while he harrasses me.
Rare occassions I won't get that He is just being a smart ass and I'll react a little off...but he always fixes it ;)
He once attached the nipple clamps to the bra I was wearing and wound it underneath the bench He had me on...scared the beejeezus outa me cuz I thought He was going for my nipples and I wasn't comfortable with them on in public.

Sadly they now have to be put away for awhile because of my extreme oversensativity...as in my shirt can't even brush over my chest without pain right now. I <really> hope that resolves itself and doesn't stay like this permanently. Nipple play was one of my favorite things and I was terrified I was going to lose sensation in them when I had the lift done....be careful what we wish for eh?

Status: offline 		Watersports used to be a hard limit of mine. Then after having a few drinks, my dom and I started talking about it. Why was it a hard limit? Well.. because it's icky.
I'm not really sure how it came about, but we decided to test out that hard limit. And ya know, we both actually enjoyed it. It's not something we do often at all, but occasionally, yeah.
I know this was just a tad off of the thread, but I thought it was related enough to share.

Status: offline 		I'm assuming that in this case you knew beforehand that the hard limit in question only extended to the pain associated with nipple clamps?

I personally have a hard limit associated with touching other people's feet, or having my feet touched that wouldn't hold up well to cute variations, that I may not have immediately specified when I brought up the hard limit.

I can imagine somebody who has a hard limit for nipple clamps based on past trauma not reacting favorably at all to having them put on their hair, even if they where generally non-functional in that context.

Status: offline 		I had a sub who was afraid of floggers. So I made one myself. Out of black chenille yarn.

It only took about twenty minutes, but tying blood knots in the end of 200+ strands took for freaking ever!

For any who are curious, blood knots in chenille are basically useless. I always test new toys on my calf (not a sexy place for a beating but I can't reach my ass to really know what the sub/slave will feel.) The hardest I could smack my calve felt like a being petted by a kitten.

She not only agreed to be funished by it, she loved the effect of the 'black snowflakes' floating around her. She liked it so much that she asked me to use the leather flogger.

BTW: The knots proved useless at retaining the 'fluff' so if you make a flogger out of this material do not expect it to last very long. Also, since the stuff will float around use it with drastically different colored sheets to give a more artistic tableau when you are done.

Status: offline 		After rereading my above response, it seems to me I wasn't really clear in my reply.

I was referring to nipple clamps ONLY up there just so people know. Mr doesn't fuck with my other hard limits because He knows how goofy my head can get.

Also, I did some research after I posted above, the extreme sensativity in my nipples is basically caused by the nerves being bruised and over stretched when the doctor changed the position of my nipples on my breasts and after the swelling goes down the sensativity <should> most likely return to normal once the nerves relax. I can also in a few weeks start some desensatizing exercizes (Mr is gonna love this) by actually stretching my nipples a little bit to encourage the nerves to grow lengthwise. Of course this will have to be tiny baby stretches because I don't want to damage the nerves or break them and I won't be able to even consider working on the exercizes until I can stand to have my nipples touched for periods of time. Clamps and the like are at least 6 months away minmum...but, it is something to look forward to because those were one of my favorite things and as long as I can get close to back to where I was feeling and sensativity wise all will be well with my world.

Just thought I'd toss that out there.
