Ok, the nerves that run to the nipple start under the arms and run around the sides to under the breast and then up from about the bottom center of the breast to the nipple, kind of like a very loose "U" shape. The most common theory for super sensative nipples is that the nerve is too "tight" or "short" and the way to increase sensation tolerance is to encourage the nerve line to grow (note I said encourage, NOT force). This applies also to people who have had any kind of breast surgery. the nerves have been moved around and bruised up so they can become hyper sensative (like mine) This is also why women who breastfeed have a tendancy to be able to tolerate more sensation after a time. So, any light rubbing along those lines...under the arms, under the breast and on the nipple should "wake it up" and encourage growth. Especially on the aereola and nipple itself. Obviously you can rub a little bit harder along the regular skin where the nerve runs, but on the aereola or actual nipple should be lighter touch. Be careful when stretching those areas, if you pull too hard or stretch too much you can damage the nerve and cause it to be worse, or ruin sensation all together. Those of you who like to pull and stretch on the actual nipples need to reread that last line again and take caution! Nipples are NOT meant to be stretched to 2" lengths from pencil eraser size!

You can use desensatizing creams, BUT the problem with stuff like that is the reciever won't know when there has been too much touching/pulling/stretching and it may be even easier to do permanent damage so I would not reccomend them.

All that said, there is no garuntee that "working" the nerves and nipples will do any good...all you can do is try and please be mindful of your recievers tolerance. Give her an extra speshul safeword like "FUCKING STOP IT'S TOO MUCH!" and respect it!

Nipples are very tender and sensitive by nature.  I agree with AthenaSurrenders, not everyone is going to build up a tolerance to the pain.  However, many women who have breast fed find that, over time, the regular usage toughens nipples and makes them less sensitive.  Then again, some quit because the pain is intolerable.  While the reason and source of the pain is obviously quite different the resulting discomfort is just as real and can be very intense. Hormones and time of month can also influence pain levels.  Just things to keep in mind.

Since you already own this woman, and since you are the only one here that knows her, you should be much more attuned to her inner being than any of your fellow sirs.  Touching someone to their core is a highly individualized thing.  I don't think anyone else is going to be able to help you get there.  If you do a search, there are a lot of good books out there for beginners that might give you some ideas, though.

Heh, the ONLY thing I have experience with in that department is breast lift surgery and OH BOY did they become super hyper sensative. The trouble with breastfeeding is the nerves get stretched out and grow too much which causes the loss of some sensation. IF YOU DO choose to have a lift done however PLEASE PLEASE make sure you have a great surgeon! Do tons of research before you commit. There is a 40% across the board chance even with a very good one that you will permanently lose all sensation entirely...which I was terrified of and thankfully that didn't happen.
Now after 2 weeks though, of both Mr and myself following *ehem* doctors orders and doig the gentle rubbing and light pulling, they have calmed down a little bit. It's still a bit painful...but being the masochist that I am all it does to me at this point is make me beg Him to do dirty things to me LOL.
Last week when the doctor touched them to test the sensativity, I had to tell him to stop because well...yea, that was a tiny bit embarrassing. I told him it was just too painful, but that wasn't the entire truth. I think I probably turned 400 shades of crimson. Mr got severely molested when I got home though. Yep, good times ;)
