I have a extremely la PA and like to know if there is any good underwear either thongs or briefs that be good to wear with it. When I am at work it always moves around alot. Any suggestions.

I wear a jock strap so my junk doesn't bounce around. Never had a PA so I don't know if that is of any help but it may be an alternative worth looking into.
