That would make for amusing gatherings. Of course for the more resistant sub, the femdom will need to use the tranquilizer gun, like they do in so many of those nature programs on television. Once he's down, she can walk up to him and, while stapling the I.D. tag to his ear or whatever, declare, "Oooohhh ... he's a big one!"
To get back to the O.P.: I've given a couple hard corporal sessions for punishment, but I'd much rather just discuss why I'm displeased and how I'd like to see his behavior improve. Like the others I suppose that releasing a sub would be the ultimate "punishment," but to me releasing him is more like saying, "We've gone as far as we can here; this is no longer working for me."
