Baltimore is hosting a Grand Prix Race right now. I went over to see the INDY cars and the Le Mans cars practice. The Republican plan, though, might help. The idea is to starve Amtrak some more to help cut estate taxes.

Those super-rich, in turn, aim to create a “tollbooth” economy, whereby more and more of our highways, bridges, libraries, parks, and beaches are possessed by private oligarchs who will extract a toll from the rest of us.

So, how is it that conservatives hitch their wagons to Willard?
